No Claims Discount saves you money. So you want to keep it safe. You can only protect your No Claims Discount when you take out or renew your policy. If you're eligible to protect the bonus you've built up we'll offer you the chance to do so then.

Choose protection for your No Claims Discount and you won't lose it if you make only two claims in a consecutive five year period.

Don't leave it too late to add No Claims Discount protection. Once you've bought your policy, you can't add it for another year.

We won't be able to return any proof of No Claims Discount so it's a good idea you take a copy before posting it to us.

Your proof of No Claims must be:

• issued by your previous insurer in the Uk/Ireland
• less than 24 months old
• earned in the UK/Ireland on a private car
• in your name as the policy holder
• earned on a full/provisional Irish or EU licence
• used to insure one vehicle only

Because it can take up to 72 hours to process a proof of No Claims, we'll let you know when it's done. Remember to check your emails and MyBoxyMo - you won't need to call us to see if we've received it.

Your No Claims Discount is valid for one vehicle only. You may have earned it as a safe driver of many cars, but you can only apply your No Claims Discount to one vehicle at any one time.
