To keep costs down and service speed up, we send out minimal documentation. If you require a hard copy of your Certificate, you must select the relevant option during the purchase of your policy, if not, it will emailed to the email address provided.

When you process an adjustment online your updated documents apart from the insurance certificate and disc will be in your online account MyBoxyMo. Due to regulator requirements we have to post the certificate to you.

You online account MyBoxyMo will only show your most recent certificate. If we request a copy of your old certificate and you have misplaced it you will have to send us a Lost Certificate Declaration.
